DELIVERY POLICY

From 90€ on purchases, shipping is free to Spain and Portugal (with the exception of Canary Islands). 

Find bellow prices and delivery time*:
Spain - 10,00€ - Deliver in 48/72 hours, from 9:00 until 19:00 (except Balearic Island which would take 3 to 5 working days to arrive).
Canary Islands - 19,00€ - Deliver in 3 to 5 working days (9:00 until 19:00) - we don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to customs in this region. 
Portugal - 10,00€ - Deliver in 48/72 hours, from 9:00 until 19:00 (we do not deliver to Madeira's or Azores's Island). 
Other EU Countries - From 25,00€ to 39,00€ - Deliver in 48/72 hours (9:00 until 19:00).
England and Switzerland - 29,00€ to 39,00€ - Deliver in 48/72 hours (9:00 until 19:00) -  we don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to customs in those regions. 
Andorra - 29,00€ - Deliver in 4 to 5 working days 
- we don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to customs in this region. 

* Purchases made after 17:00 can take 24 hours more than the usual to arrive. 
* Invisible Fit Extensions can takes 24 hours to be prepared, before shipped.
* Prices valid until 1,9kg to Spain/Portugal and until 0,49kg to the rest of the European Union. 
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure they use the correct delivery address at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please double check all postal information prior to confirming orders. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information.

 

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is the number one commitment for Lotus Hair Europe. So if you received the requested product and you did not really liked the color, length or thickness, you have 15 days to contact with us and return or exchange the product.
To be able to proceed with the refund or exchange, products must be returned with the original conditions to Lotus Hair Europe warehouse. Lotus Hair Europe product warranty and return police does not extend to the dyeing process made by its consumers, and we will just refund or exchange products that did not suffer any alterations (color, length etc). 
For refund we'll credit your Paypal/credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus all shipping included in purchase and return. Refunds take 15 labours days to be completed once returned to our warehouse. Any other customer service detail can be treated at atencionalcliente@lotushaireurope.com
